After graduating high school, Kade would go on to work for Guild Mortgage Company. He began his career as Marketing and Sales Coordinator, concentrating on establishing an array of new connections with both agents and borrowers. After several successful campaigns, he would eventually rise to the position of Loan Officer Assistant and eventually Originating Loan Officer.  Following the COVID-19 Pandemic, he decided to balance school part-time at Salt Lake Community College with plans to attend the University of Utah in the spring of 2024 in pursuit of a degree in Economics. Kade obtained his Utah Real Estate license in the summer of 2023, with the intention of utilizing his people skills and meticulous attention to detail from his mortgage experience in the commercial real estate industry.
