President of Raddon Real Estate Group and Raddon Asset Services

Steve spent the past 45 years involved in Development, Commercial Brokerage, Property Management and facets of Commercial Construction. Steve spent 20 years with John Price Associates/Price Development Company of Salt Lake City Utah. Steve held several different positions such as Director of Purchasing, Vice President of Property Management and Vice President of Leasing. Those roles involved well over 250 construction projects, the Management and Leasing of 20 Regional Enclosed Malls, approximately 40 Power, Community and Neighborhood Centers, three large Industrial Parks, four Business Parks, high rise office buildings and a multitude of commercial buildings throughout the Western United States.

After leaving Price Development Steve joined Prime Commercial Real Estate, a regional commercial real estate brokerage based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Steve purchased Prime Commercial from the owner about five years later. Four years after that Steve merged Prime Commercial with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT and became the National Director of Business Development. Some years later Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT changed to Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors with 16 offices nationwide. In early 2019 Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors sold to Colliers International. At that time Steve was the principal broker managing over 150 commercial agents and maintaining a Principal Brokers license in Utah, Idaho, Alaska, Montana, Wyoming and Colorado. At the time Colliers bought Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors revenue was well in excess of a billion dollars per year and the firm had over 1700 listed properties throughout 6 western states.

In February of 2019 Steve joined the Raddon Companies accepting the roles of President of the Raddon Real Estate Group and Raddon Asset Services. Steve is also Principal Broker for the Raddon Real Estate Group.

Steve has been involved with many different organizations and charities including ICSC, the International Council of Shopping Centers in which Steve held various local and national positions, NAIOP the Commercial Real Estate Development Association in which Steve was a past President, GOED the Governor’s Office of Economic Development, EDCU Economic Development Corporation of Utah in which Steve was a Trustee, a past member of CoreNet, BOMA, a board member of CCIM and others. Steve was a board member of the Utah Chapter of the American Cancer Society, the Community Nursing Services of Utah, and a member of various Chambers of Commerce.

Steve attended Mesa Community College in Arizona and the University of Utah in Salt Lake City.
