Ron has been involved in nearly every phase of the construction and development business for over fourty years. He has built everything from Interstate freeways, million dollar custom homes, retail shopping centers to class A high-rise office buildings. For the past fifteen years, Ron has focused on commercial development, constructing over 1.5 million square feet of retail and office space. He has been awarded “Developer of the Year” on several occasions and has received awards from both Architectural and Engineering Associations for outstanding work. Ron always adds more in terms of quality, substance and aesthetics than is required by local codes. This attitude and work ethic has propelled him and his companies to the top of the construction and development field. Some of the many projects Ron has been involved with in Salt Lake County include, Towne Ridge Center (Sandy), Union Heights Center (Sandy), Hidden Valley Shopping Center (Draper), Lost Canyon Estates, The Boulders, Cedar Ridge Subdivision and Sunrise Point Subdivision. In his time away from the office, Ron has operated a 2,000 acre cattle ranch in Colorado known as Sinbad for more than twenty years.
