As Real Estate Manager for Raddon Development, Lesa brings over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate development, surplus property disposition, fuel center development, property management, site analyses and selection and leasing expertise to the Company. With an extensive background in real estate law, Lesa is also able to support the team in their negotiations on various projects. Lesa has a proven track record, having developed, remodeled, and back-filled over 5 Million square feet of big box space while at Kroger for over 20 years.
