Jesse started his career in real estate and commercial development over 12 years ago. He has spent the past several years focusing on commercial real estate development, through which he has built respectable relationships with his business partners and colleagues. His Real Estate License has been with Coldwell Banker Advisors and Colliers International in the Utah Based Office since 2007. Born and raised in Utah; Jesse has a natural appreciation and understanding for Utah’s growing developments in Office, Industrial and Retail. He knows the benefits of building quality projects that will continue throughout the years to be both aesthetically and structurally exceeding expectations. Jesse continually strives to maintain strong relationships with the company’s tenants. His focus on construction for new and existing tenants, has shown his commitment to ensuring the continued success of the company’s developments and also the success of business owners within each development. Jesse strives to ensure each tenant is able to maintain the vision of their company as it grows over the years of their lease.
